6. Shipping & Delivery (India)

  • Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days
  • Estimated delivery timelines range from 5–7 business days, depending on location
  • COD orders above ₹5,000 may require telephonic or WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch
  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may be affected by external factors beyond our control

7. International Orders

7.1 Availability

Kroslo facilitates international orders on a case-by-case basis through assisted order placement only.

7.2 Order Placement

International customers cannot place orders directly through the Website.
Orders must be initiated via WhatsApp or email for confirmation, pricing, and logistics.

7.3 Shipping Charges

International shipping costs are additional and will be communicated before order confirmation.

7.4 Customs & Duties

7.5 No Returns or Refunds (International Orders)

All international orders are final.
