Returns & Refund Policy

This policy is applicable only to orders placed on www.kroslo.com and is valid for customers located within India.
At Kroslo, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our enamel cast iron cookware. In the unlikely event that your order does not meet expectations, the following policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be requested.
1. Eligibility for Returns or Refunds
A return or refund request may be raised under the following circumstances:

Unwanted Products
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging intact. A valid proof of purchase is mandatory. -
Manufacturing Defects
Products found to be faulty are eligible for replacement or refund in accordance with Kroslo’s manufacturer warranty. -
Damaged or Tampered Deliveries
Claims related to damaged, incomplete, or tampered packages must comply with the documentation requirements outlined below.
2. Claims for Damaged, Partial, or Compromised Deliveries
Any issues related to delivery condition must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
a. Required Evidence (Mandatory)

Negative Proof of Delivery (POD):
A clear image of the delivery receipt marked as “damaged” or “partial delivery” at the time of handover. -
360° Unboxing Video:
The video must clearly show: - The sealed outer package with the shipping label visible
- Opening of the package
- Inner box and all contents received
- Any visible damage or missing items
b. Resolution Scenarios

If delivery is refused or POD is marked as damaged/partial:
Kroslo will arrange a replacement shipment for the affected or missing item(s). Refunds are not applicable in such cases unless explicitly approved in writing. -
If delivery is accepted without remarks and no unboxing video is provided:
We will be unable to process claims for damage or missing items. Acceptance of delivery without remarks is considered confirmation of receipt in full and in good condition.
3. Refunds for Unwanted Products
- Refunds are issued only for the product value.
- Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- For partial returns, refunds apply only to the item(s) returned.
4. Defective or Faulty Products
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect:
- Email us at ceo@kroslo.com
- Refer to the manufacturer warranty details provided in the product instruction booklet
- Our support team will respond within 2 working days with the next steps
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds
For COD orders, customers must share the following details via email:
- Account holder name
- Bank account number
- IFSC code
COD refunds are processed within 10 business days from approval.
6. Order Cancellations

Before Dispatch:
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund. -
After Dispatch but Before Delivery:
Cancellation requests must be emailed to support. Applicable cancellation or logistics charges may apply.
Refunds will be issued only after the product is received back and verified.
7. Gift Orders
- If the order was marked as a gift, approved returns will be issued as store credit.
- If not marked as a gift, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
8. Sale or Discounted Products
Products purchased at discounted prices are not eligible for refunds, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or delivery damage.
This includes items purchased during sales, promotional campaigns, bundled offers, or limited-time discounts.
9. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not been received:
- Recheck your bank or credit card statement
- Contact your bank or card issuer (processing times may vary)
- If the amount has not reflected after 10 business days, please email ceo@kroslo.com
