Warranty Policy
All Kroslo Enamel Cast Iron cookware is backed by a 5-year limited warranty.
This warranty applies to products sold directly through www.kroslo.com as well as those purchased from Kroslo’s authorised retailers and approved marketplace platforms within India.
Kroslo warrants that its enamel cast iron cookware is free from manufacturing defects and workmanship faults under normal household use. Any product found to have a manufacturing defect or damage incurred during transit will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at no additional cost, subject to inspection and approval.
What Is Covered
The warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty workmanship
- Damage caused during shipping
- Material defects or dents originating during the manufacturing process
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or unauthorised repairs
- Use that does not follow the prescribed care and usage instructions
- Damage to enamel or coating caused by exposure to temperatures above 260°C
- Damage caused by use of abrasive scrubbers, sharp objects, or harsh cleaning tools
- Commercial or professional use of the cookware
- Cosmetic imperfections such as minor scratches, dents, stains, or discolouration arising from regular handling
- Internal cracking or enamel damage due to thermal shock (for example, transferring cookware directly from stovetop to refrigerator or vice versa)
- Damage caused by accidental drops or impact
- Use on industrial or commercial burners and stoves
- Any damage to glass lids
- Any damage to wooden handles
How to Raise a Warranty Claim
Step 1: Product Registration
If your product was not purchased from www.kroslo.com, please register your product using the Kroslo warranty registration form.
Step 2: Returns for Recent Purchases
If your product was purchased from www.kroslo.com within the last 7 days, you may initiate a return directly through the “My Orders” section.
Step 3: Warranty Claims After 7 Days
For claims beyond the initial return period, please contact ceo@kroslo.com with the following details:
- Order number or purchase invoice
- Clear photographs of the product showing the issue
Our support team will review your submission and confirm whether the product qualifies under the warranty. If approved, the product may be collected for further inspection. Based on the assessment, Kroslo will repair, sreplace, or refund the product at its discretion.
Important Care Instructions
Following these instructions is mandatory for warranty eligibility.
General Usage
- Do not heat the cookware empty on high flame or exceed 260°C
- Preheat on medium flame only (refer to the user manual for recommended preheating duration)
- Avoid use of metal utensils
- Do not use steel wool or sharp scrubbers that may damage the enamel coating
- Do not exceed 2/3rd capacity when cooking with liquids
Cleaning
- Hand wash using mild dish soap and a soft, non-abrasive sponge
- Do not use steel scrubbers, wire brushes, or harsh cleaning pads
- Avoid regular dishwasher use
- In case of oil spills on the exterior, clean immediately with gentle soap
- For stubborn stains, boil water with baking soda for one minute, allow to cool for 5–10 minutes, then clean gently (no steel wool)
Storage & Maintenance
- Store in a cool, dry place
- Use cloth or paper between stacked cookware to prevent scratches
- Avoid sudden temperature changes
Final Notes
Failure to follow the recommended care and usage guidelines may void the warranty.
This warranty is valid only for domestic household use within India and is non-transferable.
