1. Before the first use, clean and dry the cookware, then coat the surface with a light layer of edible oil to enhance its natural non-stick properties.

2. For maximum durability avoid keeping empty Roti Tawa on flame unattended for long duration.

3. This cookware is not microwave safe. Avoid overheating or sudden temperature changes to maintain durability.

4. Use a chlorine-free cleanser and dry thoroughly after washing. Avoid leaving food or water in the pan to prevent corrosion. Rinse after exposure to acidic substances.

5. Avoid too much use of steel wool, harsh pads, or sharp utensils to preserve the finish for longer.

At Kroslo, each product is crafted with precision to ensure long-lasting performance in your kitchen. We offer a 5-year warranty on manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This does not cover accidental damage, misuse, neglect, improper care, unauthorized alterations, overheating, or normal wear and tear such as scratches, stains, or discoloration. It also excludes damage caused by the use of dishwashers or metal utensils, as well as any discoloration or harm from sharp materials. Importantly, rust is a natural occurrence in cast iron if not properly seasoned and maintained, and therefore, rust is not covered under this warranty.
